I’m often asked about my story and how I got to this point. Having spent well over 3 decades as an educator and coach , I’ve had the privilege of leveraging on the many lessons, unique global experiences & cross-industry expertise. This enabled me to facilitate high–impact performance improvements for individuals and organizations.
I recently received a call from a training manager to submit a training proposal for a talent development contract. I later found out that the caller was a previous student of mine, Suhaila. When I first met her, she was just a factory assembler. Now a training manager at an esteemed MNC, it brought me tremendous joy & pride to witness such miracles of learning in action. It is moments like this that inspire me to facilitate individuals just like Suhaila towards realizing the enabling the best versions of themselves.
About a year ago, I met Dr. Azlan over a coffee. Dr. Azlan was a manager when I first started my career as a production supervisor 30 years ago. Dr. Azlan is now a global leader in smart manufacturing. I shared with him my journey as an L&D Specialist in the Royal Malaysian Navy and as a Training Manager for a RM6 Billion New Generation Patrol Vessel Project. I was pleasantly surprised when Dr. Azlan requested for me to contribute an article on my expertise for his latest book. Being recognised by a global smart manufacturing leader like him was an honour
I was a member of a RM6 Billion Royal Malaysian Navy New Generation Patrol Vessel (NGPV) project that almost went under in 2004 and successfully delivered in 2010. I had first-hand experience on how a mega project can fail and led to success with effective project management.
I’ve implemented numerous training programmes globally for clients from Dubai, Tanzania, Maldives, Brunei, Ghana, Nigeria, Oman, Cambodia, UAE, Pakistan,Indonesia, Singapore and Malaysia.

I am deeply passionate about helping children to enjoy learning. I am committed to making a difference in the lives of underprivileged children. I believe that every child deserves a ‘VOICE’ inspired me to establish Sanadhana Dharma Toastmasters Club. The aim of this club is to provide the platform to learn the art of public speaking based on Toastmasters International public speaking development program.
With the support of my team of outstanding volunteers, we conducted public speaking workshops for about 200 children in 2017. We aim to facilitate public speaking skill development for at least 1000 underprivileged children every year. Our innovative public speaking program called SPEAK EAZY helps children to learn the art of public speaking with fun. SPEAK EAZY was selected as the finalist in the 2017 Swiss Innovation Challenge (Malaysia) for the innovative way to develop public speaking skill among underprivileged children.
