The Human Resources Development Fund (HRDF) was established under the legal requirements of the Human Resources Development Act 1992 ( currently known as the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001). The HRDF is a pool of funds that consists of Human Resources Development levies collected from employers of the manufacturing and service sectors as listed in the First Schedule of the Pembangunan Sumber Manusia Berhad Act 2001 (liable registrants) as well as optional registrants.
In a simpler way to say, the HRDF was established with the aim of developing quality human capital and world-class workforce in order for Malaysia to achieve a high income economy based on knowledge and innovation.
This program will be delivered through blended learning that involves lectures, group discussion, self-assessment, case study, skill practice, case study, role play, training videos, training games and various other highly interactive learning approach. You are assured of experiential learning with FUN and Excitement.
The HRDF TTT Course runs for 5 days from 9am-5pm.
The 5 days are stretched across 2 weeks.
Major Dr Prebagaran Jayaraman (R) and Dr Mazuki Jusoh. Both of them have vast international experience in conducting Train the Trainer. They have more than 30 years of working experience and globally recognized professional qualifications including PhD.
Yes. However, the 5 days Certification Course will not enable the candidates to conduct HRDF claimable training for companies.
Only ACCREDITED trainers can do so.
Moreover, the fee of RM2788 is inclusive of Accreditation submission (step 3-5) so you might as well.
